Complete renovation of a 350 m2 apartment located on Passeig de Sant Gervasi. The building is part of the El Frare Negre and Jardines Maluquer residential complex, a large residential development distinguished by its imposing and monumental facades.
The intervention carried out in the house restructures the existing space through a continuous and unifying corridor around the access core.
