Complete renovation of a century-old house in Barcelona, located on Ronda de Sant Antoni. The new layout connects the common areas to enhance natural light, ventilation, and views, while preserving original features and combining them with contemporary solutions of a timeless character.
DESCRIPTION
In this century-old house on Ronda Sant Antoni, which has been completely renovated, the interior space is made more spacious from the central entrance towards the Ronda facade.
The common areas are arranged in a sequence of connected areas that generate new views and enhance natural lighting and ventilation; the private areas face the facade, interior courtyards and the courtyard gallery, from where the entire length of the through house can be seen.
The whole exudes harmony between the original elements preserved and the new ones added, updating and highlighting a timeless character.
