In a grand building on Passeig de Gràcia, this full renovation combines the essence of the original architecture with a contemporary, elegant and serene interior design.
The new layout enhances the sense of space, natural light and the flow between areas. The daytime zone integrates the kitchen and living room in an open setting facing the avenue, where oak wood, black marble and smoked glass bring warmth, depth and sophistication.
The apartment features three suites, each with its own bathroom and dressing room. The main suite showcases an original arched metal glass partition, restored as the defining element of the space.
