DESCRIPTION

Complete renovation of a 300m2 apartment on González Tablas, located in the Les Corts district of Barcelona. The apartment was entirely transformed to adapt to the needs of a family passionate about music and architecture. The main social spaces are situated at opposite ends, occupying the main facades and opening up to natural light and views.

The project prioritizes sustainability and energy efficiency through the use of certified materials, passive solar thermal protection systems, and natural air renewal throughout the home (cross ventilation). An automated system of adjustable and retractable louvers on the facades will filter and regulate the amount of sunlight and solar radiation entering the building.
