DESCRIPTION
The project is organized around a central backbone, where wet and storage areas are located, which allows for a circular route through the house, linking a large common space with measured private and semi-private spaces.
This solution promotes spatial fluidity, with long views between rooms and to the outside, and by extending natural light into the interior. Passive climate comfort is achieved through cross ventilation and filtered sunlight, while air conditioning, domestic hot water, and heating are provided by renewable energy sources, such as aerothermal systems.
