Complete renovation of a 140 m² family home in [town]. The project clearly separates the day and night areas, takes advantage of the light from the courtyard, and restores original hydraulic tiles and woodwork, incorporating an integrated kitchen with white marble and wood paneling.

DESCRIPTION

Renovation carried out during 2014. Family home of 140 m2, where a clear zoning was carried out between day area, kitchen and dining room, to take advantage of the light provided by the large courtyard, and night area with 2 generously sized bedrooms: a suite and another for the children of the household that faced the opposite facade.

As part of the comprehensive renovation of the house, designed and conceived by Anna & Eugeni Bach, meticulous restoration work was carried out on both the existing hydraulic tile flooring and exterior woodwork. Kitchen furniture from Dica was installed, complemented by a sophisticated white marble countertop and framed with wooden panels to blend seamlessly into the design, depending on the occasion.
