DESCRIPTION
This comprehensive renovation project, carried out by a construction company in Barcelona , transforms existing offices into a contemporary, bright, and functional workspace. The intervention was born with a clear objective: to maximize the presence of natural light within the office, improving the well-being of its occupants and enhancing the perception of spaciousness.
New layout: natural light and privacy in balance
The new layout reorganizes the workspaces around this concept, placing offices and meeting rooms along the facade and incorporating textured glass partitions that allow light to flow between rooms without compromising privacy. This balance between transparency and privacy becomes one of the project’s key elements.
Acoustic comfort in offices and meeting rooms
Another key challenge of the project is ensuring a high level of acoustic comfort in the offices and meeting rooms. The combination of high-performance partitions and joinery, along with a carefully selected range of materials, allows for the creation of quiet and comfortable spaces without sacrificing a light, open, and elegant aesthetic.
Attention to detail as a hallmark
Details play a crucial role in defining the space and its new identity. The cladding, doors, and joinery elements are specifically designed for the project through precise modulation, cutting, and joint alignment. Material junctions, changes in plane, and the integration of doors, cabinets, and installations are carefully considered to achieve seamless surfaces, a cohesive overall design, and a high level of craftsmanship.
A renewed, understated and timeless identity
The renovation aims to modernize the company’s identity without losing its essence. The warmth of the wood, the continuity of the finishes, and the integrated lighting create a restrained and timeless architectural language. The result is a work environment where functionality, comfort, and design coexist naturally, offering a spatial experience in line with new ways of working.
