At Oak we want to show you one of the latest comprehensive renovation projects that we have just delivered in one of the most characterful neighborhoods in Barcelona.
A clear example of how to make the most of a small, seemingly unremarkable apartment. The aim of this project was to recover the essence of a home that, over the years, had lost many of its charms.
Along with structural reinforcement, a change in layout and a complete renovation of facilities , we have tried to bring to light all the elements that remained hidden in this little corner of Barcelona by the sea.
