Below, we show you a comprehensive renovation on Sardenya Street in Barcelona ; a partial renovation project of an 80m2 apartment , designed and renovated by OAK during 2016. “It’s the apartment we wanted, it’s very much ours, you’ve personalized it […] In some ways it’s even exceeded our expectations.” This is the home of a young couple, Marc and María, whom we interviewed after the renovations were completed. From the outset, the top priority was to balance functionality, aesthetics, and price. “We expected much more financially because, given the quality of the work, we didn’t expect this price, and we are very grateful, because we had this budget and you have adjusted it to the maximum.” The intervention took place in the living area of ​​the house (entrance hall, living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, and office/auxiliary bedroom).
