Comprehensive rehabilitation of a unique, protected building in Barcelona. The project combines the preservation of heritage elements with a complex structural transformation, incorporating bespoke solutions and designs. Wood, iron, and marble define the material character of the project.
DESCRIPTION
In a privileged location within the city of Barcelona, we have carried out the rehabilitation of this unique building, protected as a heritage site, following the design and direction of the A53 studio and Marc Mazeres.
This has been a highly complex project, combining respect for the original protected elements with a significant structural transformation and incorporating custom solutions, materials, and designs. Wood, iron, and marble play a particularly prominent role in this project.
