STATUS: Completed
Comprehensive renovation of a century-old building in Ciutat Vella, including the restoration of facades and common areas. The project updates seven apartments, adapts existing features to current needs, and enhances the site’s geometry, natural light, sustainability, comfort, and functionality.
DESCRIPTION
The building, located in one of the most iconic squares of Ciutat Vella, has been fully renovated, with special emphasis on the restoration of its facades and common elements.
The complexity of the rehabilitation work on this building, which is over 100 years old, has been a challenge for the entire team, always with the aim of updating and giving new life to the 7 existing homes, prioritizing comfort and functionality.
The new interior design enhances the unique geometric features of the site and has successfully adapted the existing structures to the needs of 21st-century users, creating bright, sustainable, and comfortable homes.
