A complete renovation of a century-old establishment in the heart of Sant Andreu, Barcelona. The former Bar Versalles, dating back to 1915, has been reborn as a brasserie while preserving its modernist essence. Heritage elements such as statues, moldings, and stained glass windows were conserved and integrated into a contemporary and welcoming gastronomic space.
