It is important to reorganize and organize the spaces, giving each room a space to live with the family, comfortable and comfortable, but, above all, do not lose sight of the aesthetics and function without always being proud of the mother.   <br\/> <br\/><br\/>It is going to carry out a <strong>first phase<\/strong> of the project in which it is going to <strong>study in detail each room, each real need, each costum and way of life and manner&#8217;s<\/strong> &#8230; Dimension and delimit each space, capture each caprici desitjat, create different environments through illumination&#8230; in short, I will understand what the property had in mind to donate-li form i fer of his sleep a reality.<br\/> The project consists of a living room, dining room and integrated kitchen (with the possibility of having the kitchen independent through large hidden sliding doors), 3 bedrooms, a suite with a bathroom and dressing room, an office and 2 separate bathrooms.<br\/> <br\/><br\/>It is going to try <strong>to maximize the qualities that the home itself offers<\/strong> . Large exterior tanks made of two-tone aluminum (gray interior and white exterior to follow the aesthetics of the fa\u00e7ade) are being installed with laminated and acoustic glass in order to enhance the light and clothing, but at the same time eliminate the impact of sound in the area. The false ceiling will be lowered in very specific areas so as not to lose height and visually reduce the space.<br\/> In the areas where false lights will be installed for technical reasons (for installation of both electrical and air conditioning) it will end up in the form of cantilevers and highlight indirect lighting with LEDs.  <br\/> <br\/><br\/>Regarding the aesthetics and finishes, it is going to bet on a very neutral color base with noble materials, to be able to later donate color to the home with more ephemeral and interchangeable elements such as furniture, textiles, quadres and props. A natural roure parquet, treated with oil, with a whitewashed stripping effect, should be placed with the general flooring of the apartment, to provide more luminosity. White lacquered doors will be installed. The bathrooms also have microcement applications of different colors in the interiors of the property. The kitchen furniture is from the Dica house, from the Milano 45 series, with handles, both matte white lacquered doors and perimeter LED lighting on the furniture base.
