What we found upon arrival was a certain age<\/strong> and a high degree of disrepair<\/strong> : worn floors with dampness, damaged wooden window and door frames, non-compliant installations, bulging walls, detached baseboards… We had a challenge! \"Before\"<\/a>Phase 1. Program and proposal<\/strong> In our initial meeting with the client, we like to pay close attention to their needs and requirements<\/strong> . We consider this a vital phase in order to understand their program and reach the optimal functional and design levels to meet their demands. From there, the proposal<\/strong> is made. We usually launch a proposal that’s closer to the client’s original idea, and then we propose a second, bolder one, based on our criteria and professional experience, introducing new trends, applying the evolutionary history of the house, etc… And in this case, they accepted it! \"comparative<\/a> Phase 2: Acceptance and execution of the detailed design. Construction begins! <\/strong>Implementation on site. After an initial phase consisting of protecting existing elements, construction begins. A highly detailed project plan has been prepared beforehand, aiming to define, as precisely as possible, all the actions to be carried out, as well as a timeline to facilitate coordination and allow for accurate forecasting of the start and end dates of the work.
