Complete renovation on Avenida de Madrid"},"content":{"rendered":"\n\n\n<em>Interview with Albert and Mireia, owners of the renovated home on Avenida Madrid:<\/em>\n\n&nbsp;\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>  What were your reasons for hiring OAK2000?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Initially, we requested a quote from you based on the shop window display. We really liked the style it showcased: simple, elegant, and modern. We also liked the combination of materials displayed and the chosen color palette.  <\/p>\nWe ultimately chose OAK2000 from among the three quotes we requested due to budget constraints. We also appreciated that they were <strong>the ones who listened to us the most<\/strong> . \n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>What strengths would you highlight about our team? And weaknesses?   <\/strong><\/p>\n<strong>Strengths:<\/strong>\n -You have a team that responds to different demands; there is nothing that &#8220;falls out&#8221; or that you don&#8217;t have to do with others.\n -The coordinator -in our case, Olga- is also a strong point since you only have <strong>one interlocutor<\/strong> and one person who manages everything with whom you have fluid contact but who only gets in touch when necessary.\n -The wide range of <strong>suppliers<\/strong> they work with.\n &#8211; <strong>Productive meetings<\/strong> because they are based on a good selection of materials presented to you, chosen according to your tastes and needs.\n &#8211; <strong>Proactive<\/strong> in making proposals at the design and technical levels, but also, in turn, very adaptable in accepting small adjustments, as far as possible, during the execution of the works.\n\n<strong>Weak points:<\/strong>\n -We miss a certain leadership from a foreman on the technical side.\n Regarding the more technical questions (leveling the parquet flooring, soundproofing the woodwork, communications installations, gas meter location, etc.), communication was delayed because it wasn&#8217;t possible to speak directly with the person who had the answers. Particularly with the gas meter issue, some malfunctions within the team were observed in front of the client. \n-The schedule was delayed more than desired; the Christmas period was not taken into account in the project plan.\n\nIn summary: <strong>the strengths far outweigh the weaknesses.<\/strong>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Have we met your expectations?<\/strong><\/p>\nExpectations met. We are very happy with the final result. \n\n<strong>Deadlines:<\/strong> there is some room for improvement, although we have been working within an acceptable range.\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Has combining construction work with daily work\/family life been a problem&#8230;?<\/strong><\/p>\nComprehensive renovations are an added burden, but they have helped us to manage them.\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Would you recommend OAK2000 to your family and friends?<\/strong><\/p>\nYes (already done). <strong>It&#8217;s been a pleasure working with you all<\/strong> , and especially with you, Olga.
