Opinion on the complete renovation of the 300m2 apartment, which participated in the last edition of 48H Open House Bcn

Thanks to Lola Domènech and the entire OAK team for making our dream a reality,
our new home.

“Every interior renovation of a home has its complexities, rethinking a family’s way of life to reoccupy the same square footage. The key is efficient organization, both of the square footage itself and of the team that has to carry out the renovation. This is what we did: redesign our house to re-occupy it more efficiently after a year.”

But building a new house isn’t any easier than building someone else’s; there are doubts and excitement all at once. It’s not just an architectural project; it’s something more—it’s your home. For this reason, choosing a construction company wasn’t easy either. We chose OAK 2000 based on the recommendations of good architects: excellent workmanship and a competitive price . The decision was quick; we made it after the first meeting. We chose Joan because of his exceptional service.

The choice was a success, the work went smoothly, and the result was a brilliant renovation . The apartment was finished just in time to participate in the 48h Open House BCN 2017 architecture festival program, and was visited by more than 300 people . It was also featured on TV3’s midday news program, TN Mediodía , with images and sound showcasing and explaining the spaces that, months before, we had all been working on together—architects and manufacturers.

Thanks to Lola Domènech and the entire OAK team for making our dream a reality, our new home.”

EB
