Este proyecto ha tenido una duraci\u00f3n de 14 meses. Este edificio tiene la singularidad de estar <strong>protegido patrimonialmente<\/strong> y el trabajo se ha realizado siguiendo el dise\u00f1o y la direcci\u00f3n del estudio <a href=\"http:\/\/a-53.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">A53<\/a> y Marc Mazeres.<\/p>\n<p>Este edificio con una superficie construida de 450m2 m\u00e1s los jardines.
