Three of these programs deserve our attention:<\/span>\n<ul>\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Program 5:<\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Promoting improved energy efficiency and sustainability in homes<\/span><\/li>\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Program 6:<\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Promotion of conservation, improvement of safety and accessibility in housing.<\/span><\/li>\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Program 7:<\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Promotion of urban and rural regeneration and renewal.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">With this Plan, for the first time in the history of these programs, single-family homes\u2014whether detached or terraced, in urban and rural areas\u2014and individual apartments can apply for a subsidy for renovations, including their interiors. However, this is only possible if the renovation is necessary and<\/span> <b>not for purely aesthetic reasons.<\/b>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Types of aid for home renovation&nbsp;<\/span><\/h2>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Energy efficient<\/span><\/h3>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Program to promote the improvement of energy efficiency and sustainability in homes aims to regulate aid for<\/span> <b>works to improve the energy efficiency and sustainability of single-family homes<\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">and buildings that have the category of collective residence.<\/span>\n\n<b>Who is it aimed at?<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  To owners, communities of neighbors and also construction companies and firms.&nbsp;<\/span>\n\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To be eligible,<\/span> <b>at least 50% of the building<\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">must be used as a primary residence and the building&#8217;s age should preferably be at least 1996.<\/span>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Conservation and accessibility<\/span><\/h3>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Its objective is to finance the implementation of works for<\/span> <b>conservation, improvement of safety of use and universal accessibility,<\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">both in residential buildings and in single-family homes (urban or rural).<\/span>\n\n<b>Who is it aimed at?  <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To owners, communities and companies, and buildings prior to 1996.<\/span>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Urban and rural regeneration and renewal<\/span><\/h3>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Its purpose is to finance the<\/span> <a href=\"https:\/\/oak2000.com\/rehabilitacion\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">rehabilitation works<\/span><\/a> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">of<\/span> <b>residential buildings and individual homes,<\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">as well as other urbanization works that improve the conditions of the buildings.<\/span>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">How do I apply for grants to renovate my home?<\/span><\/h2>\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">These operations are always carried out through the regional governments. Therefore, for any information, you should contact the Housing Department in your locality. Applications can be submitted online<\/span> <b>or in person,<\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">depending on the specific regulations in each region.
