L?objectiu d?aquest projecte ha estat <strong>recuperar l?ess\u00e8ncia d?un habitatge<\/strong> que, amb el pas dels anys, havia amagat molts dels seus atractius.\n Acompanyat d&#8217;un refor\u00e7 estructural, d&#8217;un <strong>canvi de distribuci\u00f3<\/strong> i d&#8217;una <strong>renovaci\u00f3 completa d&#8217;instal\u00b7lacions<\/strong> , hem intentat treure a la llum tots els elements que estaven ocults en aquest raconet de Barcelona a tocar del mar.\n Un nou projecte de la m\u00e0 d&#8217; <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/a-53.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">A53<\/a><\/strong> .
